The individual developer of CarLoc (the “Operator”) establishes and publishes this Privacy Policy to protect users’ personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws when providing the mobile application CarLoc (the “App”). User inquiries are accepted and handled by email only.
CarLoc is a parking location and floor recording service that can be used without account registration. Most data is stored on the user’s device; some data may be transmitted to servers and third-party services for parking and building-related features.
The collection, use, consent, and withdrawal of location information are governed by the “Location Information Terms of Use” in this document.

Parking records are distinguished in a way that does not identify individuals.
The Operator does not collect member account information such as name, mobile phone number, or email address, contact lists, SMS or call logs, or health or medical information.
